Fee Structure

  • Commission fees are only charged on amounts collected- we operate on No collection No Fee basis

  • We only charge 50% of the normal commission rate when it is agreed with the creditor for the debtor to return the goods. The 50% is calculated on the value of the returned goods.

  • Legal fees are agreed in advance with clients and are based on the total amount to be collected, the complexity of each case together with the country in which the debtor is situated.

  • The legal fees include all lawyers’ fees and court costs in relation to the claim up until the execution of the judgment, there are No Hidden Extras.
